Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Items that are in stock are normally dispatched on the same or next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We will provide you with delivery information once your order has been processed.
UAE Delivery
Free shipping is available on orders over AED 500 within eligible UAE city limits.
GCC & International Delivery
We ship throughout the GCC and internationally. Shipping outside the UAE may be provided free of charge, depending on the destination and order value.
We primarily use FedEx for international shipments.
Please note: Customs duties, import taxes and other local charges are not included and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
Products purchased from Just Pro Audio include a minimum 1-year warranty within the UAE, with some manufacturers offering longer warranty periods of up to 10 years.
Unless otherwise stated, warranty service provided by Just Pro Audio is valid within the UAE only.
Transport Damage
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging or product should be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery and documented where possible.
Please also contact Just Pro Audio promptly if you notice any damage that may have occurred during transportation.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, unsuitable accessories, unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by a third party not authorized by Just Pro Audio.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
Vacuum Tubes
Vacuum tubes are covered by a 3-month warranty.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for eligible products that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Because many professional audio products cannot be resold as new once opened or used, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection requirements.
Customers wishing to request a return should contact Just Pro Audio before returning any product.
