Just Pro Audio is an online store. We do not operate a physical retail shop.
Do you keep products in stock?
We keep many of our fast-moving products in stock in the UAE. Other products can usually be sourced within 6–7 working days, depending on availability from the manufacturer or supplier.
How much does shipping cost?
Many products qualify for free shipping within the UAE and GCC. Where shipping charges apply, the cost will be shown during checkout or confirmed with you before your order is processed.
How long is the warranty?
Products include a minimum 1-year warranty within the UAE. Some manufacturers offer longer warranty periods of up to 10 years. Please refer to our Shipping, Warranty & Returns page for further information.
Do you have a particular product or brand?
You can browse all the brands and products we currently offer on our website. If you are looking for a specific product that is not listed, please contact us and we will be happy to check availability.

UAE Orders
Credit Card
Credit card payments are only captured once we have confirmed that the product is available.
Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit
For bank transfer or bank deposit payments, we will provide an invoice with our banking details.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery may be available for selected in-stock products within the UAE.
Pre-Orders
For products that need to be ordered from the supplier, payment by credit card or bank transfer is arranged once availability has been confirmed.
GCC & Middle East Orders
Credit Card
