1.Where is your shop ? - We are an online store, so we don't have a shop
2. Do you have this ... item? - All the brands that we sell you will find on our website, if the brand is not there means we don't sell it
3. Do you have stock? - We keep stock of fast-moving items only, other items you can get within 6-7 working days (UAE).
4. Shipping cost? - Many items got free shipping in GCC if not the shipping price will be added at check out.
5. How long is the warranty? - Anything from 1 - 10 years depends on the brand. Warranty is valid in UAE only, not internationally
